In Florence a new exhibition about the cultural atmosphere of the city between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. Gabriele D’Annunzio was poet, novelist, playwright, omnipresent animator of artistic, social, and political contexts; loved or despised, like all true stars.

He was followed to Florence by Eleonora Duse, an actress of divine restlessness, who will sponsor worldwide the “word” of the poet with whom she was joined by an extricable bond of art and of life.
