Share our way of living in nature
Maybe it was the features of a 12th century convent (few and far between these days) that attracted us to the farmhouse we bought in 1996; or maybe it was the old cellars with vaults built on the rocks and the soothing view of olive grove hills. I can't decide. since Andrea, my husband, and I were determined to convert this enormous farmhouse into the house of our dreams with hardly any personal funds, we had no other choice but to roll up our sleeves and get dirty, renovating the house using Florentine restoration traditions blended in with old local techniques as well as eco-building. Now, 7 years later, we invite you to share our dream and our way of living in peace and harmony with nature.We offer 3 apartments , each one features its own entrance and a private outside space as well as a communal garden. we are 14 km from Florence city centre 10 km from the Chianti area and 30 km from Siena, Lucca and Pisa.
