The agency Tuscan Feeling sas was founded by Adriana Vermi in January 1997, and after a few years Cecilia Cecconi and Elena Orciani joined the company. VILLA CAFAGGIOLO
Only 7,5 miles from Florence (15 minutes by car). Villa Cafaggiolo is an ancient stone built farmhouse situated at the top of a panoramic Chianti hill, and surrounded by open farm-land cultivated with olive groves and vineyards. It is a large free-standing country estate, constructed in the late 1700s; the property has a charming country feel to it, while providing at the same time many modern features. The Villa have been recently restored using traditional materials and conserving the original terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. CASA DI VECINE
Casina di Vecine is a beautiful independent stone farmhouse that completed restoration in 1995.

MOLINO DI SANT'ANTIMO

GIARDINO DEL BELVEDERE
In the middle of the Chianti Hills, tucked away amongst ancient oak trees and olive groves, stands an old stone farmhouse... The villa was built more than 300 years ago, and in 1997 it was fully restructured with the use of hand-made special material following the bio-architecture rudiment. The villa is in the middle of a 32 acres (13 hectares) of private property kept as a natural botanic garden (Giardino del Belvedere) with olive trees, meadows and groves of secular oaks trees. Lovingly restored by the owners, using only natural materials, the original character of the house has been carefully preserved.

POGGIO DI SOPRA
Climbing up the small road that leaves the small hamlet above St. Antimo, you find yourself on a cypress lined lane just before reaching the top of the hill. Here stands the villa, looking out over rows of vineyards and hill crests marked with orderly trees and dotted with the occasional castle or farmhouse. The hillside slopes, dotted with olive trees and traced by rows of vineyards, resemble a nubby green coverlet thrown over an antique bed. The Poggio di Sopra complex is located on a superb vantage point, peering out over two valleys; in one of these we are offered a bird's eye view of the Abazzia di St. Antimo, in the other we see the Orcia river.

VALECCHIO - L'ANTICO CASALE
