The agency Tuscan Feeling sas was founded by Adriana Vermi in January 1997, and after a few years Cecilia Cecconi and Elena Orciani joined the company. Tuscan Feeling mainly deals with apartments rental for foreign clients and offers a professional service, which is based on both the excellent knowledge of the sector and the multiple foreign language skills. VILLA CAFAGGIOLO
Only 7,5 miles from Florence (15 minutes by car). Villa Cafaggiolo is an ancient stone built farmhouse situated at the top of a panoramic Chianti hill, and surrounded by open farm-land cultivated with olive groves and vineyards. It is a large free-standing country estate, constructed in the late 1700s; the property has a charming country feel to it, while providing at the same time many modern features. The Villa have been recently restored using traditional materials and conserving the original terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. The medieval town of Pontassieve, less than 2 miles away from Villa Cafaggiolo, has all the modern amenities: shops, banks, excellent restaurants, tennis courts and the railway station with frequent trains into the centre of Florence. The Villa is a short distance from the most famous towns of Tuscany; besides fashion-conscious bargain hunters will find the outlets of Gucci, Ferragamo, Armani, Valentino, Prada, Ysl, Dolce & Gabbana, in the town of Leccio, just 7 miles away.
