Parmigianino (Francesco Mazzola da Parma 1503-1540). Refined painter of the Correggesque current who, aware of the Florentine and Roman styles, became the most original mannerist artist, as can be seem by his graceful Madonna called "Of the Long Neck". The room also contains works by Dosso Dossi and Lucrezia Fontana from Bologna.
